Background and Other Important Stuff

My photo
Law School Food Guy
Chicago, Illinois, United States
I think the best way to start this is to give you a general outline of my day. I wake up early in the morning and then go to bed early the next morning. In between sleeping (or lack thereof) there is a bunch of reading, writing, job hunting, and other such soul-sucking madness that makes up the law school experience. My escape from such madness is cooking or going out to eat. I will discuss things that I eat, things that I drink, or I might just rant about nonsense. In any event, it should be entertaining, at least for me. Special thanks to Carrie Campbell for such a sweet title. After college, I spent a few years dining my way across America, and cooking things that could take three days to finish. Flash forward to present time...I don't have that kind of time to spend cooking, at least during the week. Now my cooking philosophy has changed to try to get the most deliciousness in the fastest possible time. Sadly, my restaurant experience has taken a similar turn to speed, though I have found many awesome places that I never would have visited if I had more time on my hands. Anyway, I will be relating all things food and wine to you. I hope you enjoy!
